Features in the transformed grade II* listed building will include a café, farm shop and crèche together with office space.
The development sets out to provide an example of cutting edge sustainable design to the South West, and in doing so it is expected to become a popular destination for those involved in education.
Attached to hanham hall will be a Sustainable Living Centre, which will house a permanent exhibition of material describing the project, together with the history of the hall itself and other resident information.
Running through the development will be a nature play trail, we expect these areas to be used for people to sit in and enjoy nature, where children will be able to play safely in front of their houses, supervised by their parents, without the dangers of cars driving nearby.
